DGEI AR Facility Added SPEA 4040 Flying Probe Capability


Fayetteville, Arkansas, July 19, 2013 – Delta Group Electronics, Inc. announced today its Arkansas facility has added a SPEA 4040 Flying Probe in process testing capability.

In an effort to provide the highest quality service possible and better align with the latest technology available to support customers’ needs, Delta Group Electronics has added the additional service of Flying Probe Testing.  The Flying Probes key features include:

 

  • Programmable to test all components and/or test points on either the component or solder side of the board, which results in better test coverage for both surface mount and thru-hole components.

 

  • Programming, development and implementation are very fast and economical due to no fixturing requirements, which equals less time and cost to the customer.

 

  • New assemblies, revision changes and edits can be made on the fly.
