Delta Group’s quality assurance program is based on the following Quality Policy:

Our “Concept of Excellence” involves taking a team approach to all of the work that we do. It requires our quality level to be beyond question. It stands for efficiency and time control; doing our jobs right the first time and learning from our mistakes; creating partner relationships with our customers to provide assemblies to their specifications and developing employees and suppliers to support our corporate plans and goals.

The quality management system of Delta Group is fully certified to the Quality Standards required under ISO9001: 2000 and AS9100 standards. In addition to these certifications, Delta Group-West has achieved the standards required to be a certified FAA Repair Depot.
