Using leading inventory management software, Delta Group tracks every component, for every customer throughout the entire product life-cycle. This gives us the ability to order in advance when components begin to run low, often avoiding the hassle that long lead times can bare.
Materials identified as going End-of-Life (EOL) or that have become obsolete are analyzed and alternate components are identified and provided to the Customer for approval.
At the top of every customer’s manufacturing checklist is On-Time delivery. Not only do we track materials delivery and inventory with our system, but we closely monitor all production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
