HISTORY

Delta Group Electronics, Inc. was founded in 1987 by a small group of investors that included Steven E. Klein and Harry C. Mueller. Mr. Klein served as President of the company from its inception until his death in 2002. Mr. Mueller has served as Chief Executive Officer throughout the life of the company, taking on the additional title of President in 2002. With its initial location in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the company has expanded through internal growth and acquisitions and currently maintains operations in Albuquerque (where the corporate headquarters are also located), San Diego, Dallas and Rockledge, Florida

• 1987 – Incorporated in Albuquerque, New Mexico
• 1996 – Acquired Quality Components, Inc. in Florida to establish Southeast Division
• 1997-1998 – Recognized by Inc. 500 as one of the Fastest Growing Small Companies in America
• 1998 – Awarded the Rockwell Collins “Top Supplier Award”
• 2000 – Acquired Northstar Electronics, San Diego, California, to establish West Division
• 2001 – Acquired On-Board Technology, Orlando, Florida; integrated into Southeast division
• 2001 – Achieved IS 9001: 2000 Certification
• 2004 – Achieved AS9100 Certification
• 2005 – Acquired Frontier Technologies, San Diego, California; integrated into West Division
• 2006 – Acquired Assembly Solutions, Dallas, Texas and added to Southwest Division
• 2007 - Acquired Singletec Inc., Sanford, Florida; integrating into Southeast Division
